Prices
Prices shown are indicative starting prices. A precise treatment plan and quote is always provided after a clinical examination.
Appointments
Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed booking. Appointments become final once confirmed by our team.
Shop
Product purchases are processed securely by Stripe. All statutory consumer rights under Cyprus and EU law apply.
Right of withdrawal (shop)
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason. Simply send us a clear statement at info@dentluxclinic.com before the deadline — you may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Then send the product back to the clinic (Leoforos Larnakos 49, Aglantzia, Nicosia 2101) within 14 days of your statement. We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method and at no charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have shown that you sent it. You bear the direct cost of returning the product. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to establish its nature and how it works.
When withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed — for example toothpastes, gels and toothbrush heads — if they were unsealed after delivery. Unopened, they can be returned as normal. If a product arrives faulty or wrong, the legal guarantee applies and we cover the return costs.

Liability
